Renew Your Cetification - American Association of Psychiatric Technicians

RENEW YOUR CERTIFICATION

To renew your certification, you must complete at least 12 hours of study in the field, either in a class, a home-study course or in-service training. Also, you must read one book in the mental health field.

To apply for your certification renewal, download and print out our certifcation renewal form:

You must fill out the above form and either mail to 1220 S St, Suite 100, Sacramento, CA 95811-7138, or fax to (916) 329-9145 your application for your order to be processed. Once you have completed your renewal form, make your payment using PayPal buttons below or mail a check to the above address.

You may pay for your renewal online - select one of the options below:

1 Year Renewal: $45	2 Year Renewal: $60	3 Year Renewal: $75

Complete and mail this application form and your payment to the address at the top of the renewal application form.

IMPORTANT NOTE: we do not automatically send out renewal notices.

As your certification's expiration date approaches, it is your responsibility to renew your certification.
